Refund policy

Effective Date: 13 February 2026

1. Course Fees
   Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase provided that:
   • The student has not completed more than 20% of the course
   • No certificate has been issued

2. Non-Refundable Items
   • Registration fees
   • Administrative fees
   • Issued certificates

3. Refund Process
   Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
   info@africaninstitute.education

4. Processing Time
   Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

AIET reserves the right to assess each refund request individually in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
